I'm scheduled to have complete knee replacement surgery on Aug.31st. I'm very nervous about this. If anybody has had this surgery, could you share your experence with me?

Had mine done 4 years ago.Doing great.First time I was in for 8 days and the next one I had done 6 months later and was in for 4 days.Had rehab for 2 months 3 times a week.Everyone is different.If you are younger some just have a few weeks of rehab.hth 2|1|Yes, had one done 3 years ago, in hospital 3 days..therapy done 2-3 times a week, tough going but in the long run it paid off. |loopylops|zachsarah25@gmail.com|14:27:45|08/03/2015|

I had both knees done at the same time. If your doctor gave you any knee exercises to do before surgery, do them as directed. A big part of the recovery is doing the exercises as recommended before and after surgery.
