I have Mac air computer and Canon mp499 printer it was working firm until husband touch it
thats here or now anyway its scanning and printing that out but when I go ahead to print things out
it come out blank keeps saying printer offline
and its all plug in in right spots

So its printing but blank sheets are coming out, or nothing is printing because the printer is online? I'd first check to make sure that the printer is turned on and not in standby mode. Then try to disconnect all of the cables from the printer and plug them back in. Hope that helps!

The best way to fix a printer is to uninstall the software, reboot your computer and then reinstall the software.
