Well, things have been happening, and so I will be starting chemo again. Dr. was going to have me start this week, but agreed to give me another week coz next Monday is my birthday. So back for another round of 3 months of chemo, then we'll see. Each time I go back on treatment, it seems a little (lot) harder than the last time. Guess that's what happens as you get older and do so much of this. My blood count still hadn't hit "normal" range after being off chemo for 8 months, so I'm already starting out low, which is not a good sign. At least now I know why I've still been so tired and run-down, I'm anemic.

Yesterday I did my second chemo. The good news is I have definitely been approved for the new gene therapy pill, and my insurance has also approved it, I will start that once I complete the chemo. Have one more treatment July 13, then another scan and on the 31st, I see the doctor. Will either get to start the pills or have to do more chemo. Hoping for the pill!

so don't know how that goes. I've done ok with the chemo in general, the dr. says I tolerate it very well, but some days it doesn't seem like it. Take care of yourself.
