and now they are telling me they never got them in the first place. I have my copies but it will do no good to send to him The rude person is Ryan. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager (lie) i am sure. I asked for John another one time manager and he said he was no longer with them. He tells me Lori is not in. He is a real jerk. If you figure out what to do about them

Funny story. I landed up calling Rutherford Wines customer service because I was waiting for rebate check from purchasing their products and spoke with an extremely helping young lady. I told her the entire story about the treatment I get from Cinnaminson and she she said that she had a contact there who was the OWNER and would advise her. Within the hour, I received a all back from Rutherford Wines and she advised that she spoke with the owner and told her the trouble I went and am still going thru to get paid. I told her how they never receive the rebates or they do receive them, I call back to check the status and then they tell me that they can't find them. I also told her that I am extremely fed up with Ryan who is just plain nasty when I call. There is another woman by the name of Pat who I've dealt with and she is pretty decent. I don't know where these conversations will get us but I wanted to make sure that the companies such as Rutherford Wines are aware of the treatment. 6|3|Thank you!|Arizona|VJAST48@gmail.com|18:59:39|06/11/2015|

When I see any rebate that goes to Cinnaminson, NJ, I just say forget it.

I do like to drink wine and appreciate when I see a coupon or refund offer. I used to purchase Smoking Loon and several other wines that had offers that went to that Cinnaminson clearinghouse but I will not buy any of those wines anymore.
