my husband gets tapes from the government for the blind[he has parkensons and it has affected his vision they sent me a notification on why mail is so slow some bulk mail centers have been closed ours in Beaumont and Houston are closed more will be closed also that plus the bad weather on the east coast is making mail so slowmail from nyork area is taking 7-8 days insteade of 5 doesn't sound like it will improve much mtest 1|1|And...PO is really being rough with the mail.|Arizona|VJAST48@gmail.com|19:57:37|04/01/2015|
