Upromise seems more oriented to purchasing non essential items.  Savingstar wanting me to take a photo of my receipt is not happening, either!

This is why i would not signed up for Ibotta or Checkout51. Even with some great offers they have, its too time consuming.<P>I believe SavingStar just ask for a receipt photo with the new stores or the ones that do not carry a shoppers card.
