I am going for colon surgery next Friday the 16th. Something big growing in there and has to come out. Removing a one foot piece of the colon and reconnecting it. This is such a mess. Hardly eating because nothing can pass thru. And my body is swelling. Always sick to my stomach. Has anyone here had this done? E-mail with any suggestions or ideas. It is in God's hands. I had diverticulitis and need some of to come out cause it was dead.
I went in, he ended up taking out 18 inches out of it. I had a bowel
obstruction too.You may need to go to the er if you are swelling.
I did very good with my surgery. But the symptoms came back.
I went had a colonospy done. The gi dr said the surgeon didn't
take enough,went back to surgeon and he said I will probable
have to have my L side of my colon removed. I am not going to do it until
I really have too. The faster and more you walk will make it easier on you.
The one bad thing that scared me bad was when I went to the bathroom,there was
a lot of blood and turn out it quit,just scare me. I will pray.
