I bought two of them and stashed them in the break room fridge to take home with me.  Now, I have never cooked one before and would like to be able to bake it.  Can I just put it in a glass baking dish and cover it with foil and it turn out good?  And cook it for how long?<BR>Thanks!

A girl at work said it's best in a pressure cooker which I don't own and after Shelly's experience I can't imagine what I might do!<P>Another girl said put water in the dish and cover it with foil and another one said pour two different types of cream soup over it.<P>So many of the recipes now want to use either a crock pot or grill it.  I am ashamed to say, but I am 56 years old and have never cooked a pork tenderloin and only can remember ever having eaten it at Dixie Stampede!<P>Can I just put this thing in a cooking bag with potatoes, carrots and such like a pot roast?  Or does this cut of meat rebel against doing that?<BR>
