I had deceiced to bite the bullet and pay and called a few places, $170.00 was the cheapest but thought I would go ahead and call the county health dept. even tho my friend that had it there said was $190.00, The good news was lady told me if I low enough income could get it free, For family of 3 it was max income of $75,000 which we are well below, My friend must have a lot more money then I thought.Just thought I'd pass on good news so if are wanting one try calling health dept.She also told me no proof needed just figure out your income and write it down. 1|1|Shingles shot is only $15 with a script from your dr. at health dept|grumpy57|ilikez28camaros@mail.com|17:46:40|11/22/2014|
I went and had mine done on Wednesday at my health dept, anyone can get it, if you have a photo id and a medical card and some kind of insurance or just med card, I got mine for $15 would have had to pay $178 at rite aid last year. I got it, only thing is mine got a little bit sore and I have a lump there where se gave me the shot, and I have had a headache since I have had it. thought I would let you know, I am 67 years old.
