Her 7th cranial nerve was<BR>also affected leaving one side of her face paralyzed (neurologist feels there is a 50-50 chance of returning to normal). The nausea and vomiting have stopped but the severe vertigo continues.  Any eye or head movement starts it up so she has been "confined" to her house.  Doctor is trying valium, she says it helps some.<P>Geri
