i twisted my knee about a week ago. I believe I might have sprained it. Getting better each day. I have not been to doctor yet. May have to but we will see. Not much pain ever really none now just feels unstable. Everything I have read on line points to mcl which should heel itself. I have high decibels/company's so if I go and they sent me for mri,etc. it will get expensive. Trying to avoid this if possible. Anyone had this happen? What can I expect?
