I bought some Rice Krispies bars 54 count box at Costco and they did not last as long as they usually do. I received a letter from Kelloggs that some of the boxes have been shorted in bars. I went to Kelloggs web site and emailed their customer support explaining that I might have been shorted since the bars didn't seem to last as long in school lunches as they usually do. I was wondering why they went so quickly. They emailed me back and are sending a coupon for a free box.
It's nice to see companies stand behind their products, take responsibility and make it right with customers. I will continue to buy Rice Krispie bars. Thank you Kelloggs!
