Last week our computer was in the shop to change from Vista to Windows 7. Now that it's done I can't get my email which I'm sure was Outlook Express. Computer guy said I needed to go through yahoo or msn for email. Does anyone know if Outlook Express has to be downloaded or am I just not doing something right. Hi, Hubby is computer smart. He said Outlook Express isn't part of Windows 7. It was recently dropped. You should download and install Mozilla Firebird.
It is free. Hubby said you might have to call your ISP to configure your email. Let me know how you do. Good Luck- Barbara

Thank you so much for your help & offer. I do not have email working & wasn't able to finish downloading the site you suggested, due to a firewall. I don't know anything about how to fix this & feel like giving up!
