I no longer have a Trader Alert Service. I stopped charging for my services last summer but continued to handle the few complaints that came in till July 15 of this year.

When our forums became private a few months ago so only members who are logged in can contact other members to trade, bad trader's who used to be able to lurk and contact people who posted can no longer do that. Only members who are logged in can contact other members.
So the need to know who the bad trader's are decreased since they can't lurk and contact you to trade.
We have a list of bad traders from the past 16 years our forums have been up and try to keep them from getting new accounts as best we can.
For over a year all new accounts have been given an automatic feedback page. Older accounts were told how to set up a feedback page when they became a new member. If anyone does not have feedback setup, have them send their end first and encourage them to setup feedback. If they need help, we can set it up for them. Just contact us, we are here to help you!
