About 2 days before the weather is going to change, I start feeling worse - if it's going to turn colder, if a t-storm is going to move in, or if we're in for a snowstorm, I know it 2 days ahead of time that some kind of change is coming, & I feel horrible from head to toe til whatever has arrived. And any other ailment is just compounded - sinus, cold, etc. Most people who get a cold or have a sinus flare up feel icky & are just annoyed but keep plugging along. W/fibromyalgia, that simple annoyance can be debilitating, reduce me to tears & wipe me out.

my mother just had a virus and was told to take it I guess this is the medicine right now but I read taking it once a day for fibromyalgia I have not tried it yet and I did see there is something in it with g in it right on the top of the package that is what is suppose to help with fibro, I think I will try as I have been bad. 7|2|It's Guaifenesin/Guaiphenesin, is what's in Mucinex (m)|maraj|maraj64@hotmail.com|10:42:59|05/20/2014|
It's spelled either way I guess, but Guaifenesin is also in Robitussin products. There are different amounts of it in Robitussin & Mucinex, depending on the type of symptom relief - some contain 100mg, 200mg, 400mg, & I believe 600 or 800mg as well.
