Is this legal. This is a just activate pp credit card. I didn't order
it and I have never received a card in the mail ready to use without ordering
it. Kind of makes me nervous that they had my information.
What would you do? I don't think that I am going to use it but
I have seen these in the store and they usually cost money.

Do these cost money if you buy them in the store?
Where can you use these cards?
Can you use them to buy stuff off the internet?
You can tell I don't order off the internet or have pp.
Can I use it for trades and how?
I might put some money on it every week. I don't know
how safe it is. Just needing some answers.

The deal was that you purchased a pre-paid Paypal card and got back like $20 in ECB. You sure would know if you did it I'm sure.
I sure know I can't answer your questions but if you did that prepaid card promo at CVS months ago then that may be how they got your info.
Just know that's where they got mine and I had to call and say "NO" I don't want and did not ask for this to be sent. They then said they would cancel.

PP sent me a prepaid card after I did the ECB offer at CVS last November. Unless you have great need for a card to purchase things online, I would not use this one. The terms they offered were ridiculous! When I bought the card there was a $5 monthly fee on it, and they took the fee out within the first 24 hours. Plus there was already an activation fee of $5 when I bought it. So, $10 gone with in the first day and I hadn't even used it yet. I used the entire balance right away and canceled it. I had no intention of keeping it- I only got it for the awesome Extra Bucks offer that went with it. they should know if someone hacked into their symtem and got peoples names. Could be paypal is trying to get more people to use their credit card too. either way they wont know unless someone calls them
