My ex worked for a couple years in a factory that makes/processes the meat for Subway sandwiches. He seen me making chicken fajitas from scratch here at home one day on visitation to daughters so prompted him to tell me this. He said he does not let his family eat at Subway at all any longer. He says the chicken comes to them and has been frozen for over a year..looks nasty and the worst part..says many times he has seen it come in frozen with dead lizards or nails etc in it as well. (Ewwww!!) Says the roast beef ..and one other item I forget what..comes in whole and fresh so that isn't too bad but he still says no way will they eat there again. Someone needs to go undercover in these places to scope all this out and report it. I know after years of working in factorys things are covered up when state inspectors come in. They have to announce 'when' they are coming so the place 'fixes' things temporary to make them look 'kosher' and after they do inspection and leave it goes right back to the way it was before. many years ago when we lived in NJ, hubby ordered a salad and right on top of it was a large worm crawling on a leaf right in full view, anyone could see it!!...never went back there again!! Yuck!! Too many other questionable things with Subway including the bad meat & sour smelling lettuce & vegetables. Not fresh, for sure.

There's a Subway that's supposed to be going up in town here by this spring/summer. I was looking forward to it before, not so much now. Yikes!
Have one of the gas station/mini marts here in town that serves grab & go stuff like hamburgers/cheesburgers, containers of hotdish, lasagna, etc. Can't eat their food cuz it doesn't bode well w/my stomach. Got a tater tot hotdish there a couple yrs. ago & it was so darn greasy I puked the little bit I ate back up. Haven't gotten anything to eat there since. The owner/guy that did most of the cooking died last year of a massive stroke. Probably from eating too much of his own cooking. :(

and the chicken, seafood were all out on the counter so all they had to do was grab for it and put it in the
frying pan, when all of a sudden they had gotten word that the inspectors were coming and low and behold all the
food, meats etc were all scooped up and put in the refrigerators and it sure was clean when they came and I saw it all
first hand standing there. Needless to say, never ate there again. Maybe they use the meats fast, but they were still
all sitting out. And who know if flies sat on the food. Ugh.
I prefer no fee paypal, but will accept cc, stamps plus postage
