1st had to adapt to the no doubles, now they are changing their sale dates, new sales begin on Wednesday instead of Sunday :(
I have to drive 120 miles one way, so I always stayed all night so I could catch both sales, now with the sales starting on Wednesday I won't have time to order coupons in time to match the sales, really dislike this!!

the only store who 'scheme' so that the shoppers can't take full advantage of sales and coupons etc. Alco here changed their sales dates when they realized the senior citizens could get their discount on their discount day which also coincided with the start of the weeks sales. Too much money saved by seniors with that and coupons etc so they changed the start date of their sales so they couldn't take advantage of the senior discount. Sneaky but that is the way they do it. Just like Walmart often pulls items off shelves or jacks prices up as soon as they realize there are high value coupons for certain items out that makes them free or almost free.
I stopped going to Kroger a long time ago when they waffled on the amount of coupons you could use to double ..one week would be no limit...next ..with no notice or postings in stores or flyers...they would limit it to 3 of ONE kind...then they wouldn't take any more of 3 of any kind of coupon ..just face value! I said that is it..done with them! I will take my money elsewhere. It's a 45 min drive one way to a Kroger and if I can't get the quantity of items I need in that trip it's not worth it to me with price of gas and my limited time I have to get out to do anything here.

...really nice! On the west side of town, it serves the wealthier folk and has a Kroger Marketplace and a jewelry store. The other Kroger is on the east side of town and is the original (but remodeled) Kroger. It is also nice; just not as nice as the store in west Conway.
