I guess I must have missed that announcement.<P>So, on Friday, I drove to the Post Office (which is 12 miles from my house) and asked to buy 21 1 cent stamps to go with my .20's.  Well the clerk could only scrounge up 15 from all the clerks at the Post Office.  And, this is a big Post Office.  I thought to myself...huh?  Were they not prepared for this increase?
