If so, I'd say no.<BR>They knew how much per hour they were earning when the accepted the<BR>job.  Also, you don't tip the cashier or the person who helps you find <BR>something in the store.<P><BR>If they are an independent contractor and get only a percent of <BR>the fee charged by Petsmart or they pay rent to Petsmart, then yes.<P>Laura <BR>
