They suggested I try another browser.  That is no way to solve an issue.  If it is supposed to be compatible with IE I am not going to download more browsers.  I don't want to use another browser and I shouldn't have to.  They should make sure it works on mine, IE.<BR>I have no problems uploading or downloading anything else onto or from my computer.<P>Am I the only one having problems with Checkout51?  I would love to be able to do this, since it's something I can do on my computer and not a smart phone (which I don't have).  I lose out on so many deals not being able to afford a smart phone and I was so happy to see this  new program where I could do it on my computer.<P>What the *)*^&^(&???????<P>Thanks for any help,<BR>Donna<P>

5|1|I figured it out!|COVE|mcdonna3@gmail.com|10:36:51|01/29/2014|<center><font size="1" color="#000099" class="f_postedon">Posted on Jan-29-14 at 10:36 AM (Eastern) by 108.64.31.150</font></center><p>Until today it would just spin forever, but this morning it actually stopped and told me two things.<BR>File may be too big, and it has to be a specific file image, such as a jpg.<P>I decreased my file size, and until this morning I never noticed when I was saving it to my computer the default on my scanner was a bitmap image.  I changed to saving it to a jpg and it worked!  <P>I just got my first $2.00!<P>Finally an app I can do on my computer and not a smart phone!<P>WooHoo!<P>I posted this so someone else doesn't have to beat their head against a wall trying to figure out what the problem is.<P>And I didn't have to download another Browser!!!!!!!!<P>Donna
