I am a member of several survey sites, and yesterday I was doing a survey for one. It was asking about shopping habits and what stores I shopped at. It then asked me to download some reports from Amazon of my purchases and then upload to them. It said that it didn't contain any personal information and would be combined with others (you know the drill). I downloaded the report, but then opened it up and looked at it. It had my name, email address, mailing address, and payment methods including last 4 digits of the credit card used for each order, and info on checking accts. that I used to pay directly from. Needless to say, I did NOT send them the report.
Since I have been a member of these sites for years, I almost just sent the report without looking at it, figuring I could trust the site. I am so glad I did. Just wanted to warn you, if you are asked to send these files, DON'T DO IT. Way too much in there you don't want handed over to just anybody. I really did not expect that, and of course, unlike when they have you send mail with personal info blacked out, no way to give them this file without that info. Very bad idea. So be careful!

I never had done that before so I faked the whole thing, figuring that they had not given me enough information as to why this time the NAZ were needed.

to survey sites also most are very good.I kind of remember doing one but didn't finish it so good to know.This is a common survey now that shopping is over they like to see where we shopped etc. If I come across this one again will just click away.thanks
