UserWorks, Inc., a user experience design and usability research firm, is currently conducting a study to evaluate a website pertaining to credit card information. You will be asked to review the website, and then give us your feedback about the design, specifically how easy or difficult the web pages are to navigate and understand.

Sessions are being conducted remotely, which would involve being interviewed via telephone by a UserWorks’ researcher, while you view the website online at the same time. This can be completed from the comfort of your home or office. Each session will last about 90 minutes. Sessions are available on December 17 – 20, 2013. All participants will receive a $150 Amazon gift card in appreciation for their help with this research.

Please feel free to forward this email to anyone whom you think may be interested in participating in this study.
