I guess they are some type of fluid that collects there over night.  I have just noticed them the last 2 days.  I think I may have an infection (from a tooth) and wonder if this is all connected.  I kind of think I had something like this a couple of years ago for a couple of days and then never had them again.  Anyone know what they are?  Are the dangerous?  Will they stay/spread, etc?
