I ordered 3 of the black and decker appliances from Kohls last week. I got 2 yesterday in the same box and there is only one packing slip. Both appliances are on seperate forms and they both require original packing slip. What is everyone else doing about this? Can we just make a copy of the packing slip? Surely someone who works there should be able to tell you how to handle this, so that's what I would do first.

Thank you for the customer service number for Kohls. I called and talked to Reed, a young man who told me that it is perfectly fine to send a copy of the packing slip as long as the copy was very clear for themto see all the details. I had one packing slip and two products in the box. I made copies of the slip and sent it along with the two different refund forms. He said it would be just fine. I am going to go by that, although I did keep an extra copy of the packing slip, just in case. PER JULISSA YOU CAN USE ONE REBATE FORM AND SEND IN THE ORGINAL TWO PACKING SLIP ON ONE FORM AS IT IS 5 PER APPLIANCE PRODUCT.
