I subscribe to the tv stations and meteorolgists pages on facebook for South Bend IN ..about 1 1/2 hrs from me. JUST seen on facebook that a EF1 came thru here with that bad storm! I seen damage to neighboring farms...metal roof peeled back...another farm his new irrigation systems are flipped and twisted like pretzels. See below:

3 Tornadoes confirmed across Michiana. The National Weather Service has just finished their survey of the damage. Here are the three tornado locations: An EF-1 tornado in Pulaski County, from Medaryville to Denham...
I can't see any damage here but will know more when my day nurse gets here so I can go outside and look around. God is definately protecting us! So glad I listened to that small still voice in my head that said evacuate before this hit! I was right in the path of this. I am a bit SW of Denham and if you draw a line frm Medaryville to Denham I am right on the line between them. Sooo happy God protected us yet again! amazing what even a EF1 can do. Farmer to the west has at least 3 fields of destroyed irrigation systems that were brand new this summer...seen a HUGE grain silo moved off it's foundation and just crumpled in a heap..trees destroyed of course..barns destroyed..list goes on.. So happy no lives were lost though as other things can be replaced. Prayers going up for those lives lost and affected by the tornadoes everywhere this past weekend. So very sad..
