Do you belong to any of the YahooGroups? I've suspected for a long time that it's coming from Yahoo or from YahooGroups. I think they have a hacker in their midst, but where ever it's coming from, I wish they'd get caught so it would stop.
From what I understand, when this happens, the person it's happening to needs to change their email password AND remove everyone's email addies from their Contact List. If nobody's in your Contact List, the hacker won't have any email addies to send to, kwim? I guess you'll maybe want to write down everyone's email addies on a notebook paper or something before removing them. But keep your Contact List empty for awhile & see if that helps.
