but when the postage goes to 50 cents for a stamp, I think we should consider
EPOP again. I am a small time. small amout trader and by the time I buy the form
send an enclosed stamp, and then a stamp to mail to the seller I am up to $1.50
for a $3 or $4 form since I can only do nwpn forms. It is getting to be too expensive
to send for just 1 or 2 forms. JMHO again.

The stamp is .46 and is only going up .04 --- so I don't see WHY the cost of forms should go up. That doesn't make sense to me.
If I need to pay extra postage since I am getting in a LARGE trade then that is only FAIR to each party.
I do trade for ciggy coupons and would prefer to trade for a large trade of them instead of a small one.

IF epop became the norm...If I charge $1.50 for the forms and I pay .50 for the postage....I gain $1 for the same forms. IF epop was the new only option, and I charge .75 for the same forms...and then pay the .50 postage I now gain $1.75 and the other person is happy because I paid the postage. If our trade is for 2 forms at .50 each and I am expected to pay the .50 postage, I would make only .50 on the trade.
Raising the forms to .75
2 forms $1.50, I pay .50 postage...I get the same $1 I wanted for those 2 forms
How does that NOT make sense?
Small trades would become not worth the time/trouble and those people would lose out further to larger form purchasers.
If I am paying the .50 postage to mail 20 forms.which one makes more sense for me to want to do....send 10 forms to 2people at $1 cost to me? Or 2forms to 10 people at $5 cost to me?

When I talk about doing EPOP -- I think it should be done when the trade is an EVEN trade!
EXAMPLE:
Mary sends Teresa 10 coupons she pays her own postage
Teresa send Mary 10 coupons she pays her own postage
