I hope this doesn't drag out. I already got a letter from the morgage company wanting $2,400 by 12/4/13. If this doesn't go through we will probably end up in foreclosure. Please say a prayer for us and keeps us in your thoughts tomorrow. There was a question on the date of the incident and about the paper work not being filled out at the time it happend. The lawyer for my husband's employer denied the claim but it is up to the person (judge?) who heard the hearing. If she ok's the workman's comp then we will start getting checks but if she doesn't then we have to appeal. If she ok's it and the company files an appeal then we still get the checks coming in but no medical will be done. So who knows what will happen. I was allowed to sit in on the hearing and at one point when my husband was explaining how much pain he is in I got all teared up and I had to walk out. I am very sensitive and very emotional, I probably should have excused myself but I knew I would start crying really bad and didn't want to do that. I know the judge could tell that is why I left because while my husband was talking I was looking right into her eyes and started to loose it. It is all up to wether she believed his testimony or not.
