I got at the dump they were not opened by using the flap where the code is but rather at the end of the box's ( 24 count) so there is no way the codes could be used but yet that is the message I get 1|1|It won't let me log in ...|Jorainna|jorainna@aol.com|11:21:30|10/28/2013|

Occassionally, I can get in about once a week. This has been going for over a month for me, or ever since I have been trying to do "ROO". 2|2|Ok maybe it's a problem on their end as I know there is no way for these codes to have been entered you can't see the codes the way the box is opened Can you explain roo to me? sometimes I can't get a code to work that I know I am reading correctly yet day or 2 later it works like a charm--lol
if that doesn't work call them and u can tell them what u have and they will give u credit for them over the phone I have done this in past with 3 or 4 that I had issues with trying to read hth vickie
