Dollar stores or reg stores with a dollar area. I know our area Family Dollar, Alco, Dollar General etc all get in 'farina' this time of year and it's only $1 or a bit over at some stores versus close to $4 or more for cream of wheat name brand. It's the exact same thing as cream of wheat only they call it "hearty wheat farina cereal". To make your own cream of wheat cheap, just fix the farina then add in cocoa powder..stir well and voila! ..there ya go! All they do is tumble to coat the grains in cocoa at the name brand factory and then charge a arm & leg to you for buying it. You can stockpile this and keep in fridge or freezer..doesn't hurt it at all and will keep it from getting "bug-gy" ..same with cake mixes, corn meal and corn meal mixes etc. Jiffy mixes are great to do that with as well. :)
