Just read this in a business publication.
A major grocery store has spend about $10 million to comply with health care reform requirements of Obamacare and expect to spend another $12 million each year in 2014 and 2015.
Do you wonder why Kroger and other major stores are stopping double couponing and raising prices. Someone has to pay for this and I'm sad to say that I think it will be we the consumers.
