Is there a way to change Yahoo Mail back to the way it was? Mine updated and I do not like the new Yahoo Mail
at all. I would like to revert back to the previous version.

It is so confusing - I cannot figure it out at all. I sent an email to a refunding friend a couple of days ago - he did not respond by the next day, so I called him and asked him to check his email - nothing - so, while we were on the phone, I sent him the email again - nothing, sent him the email 4 times in total before he finally got it. Can't believe they would change it so drastically and not notify us ahead of time and give us a tutorial on how to use it. Stupid Yahoo.

Their reply and forwards are ridiculous. All previous post are included as separate items, all in one post. In order words, If you have a back and ro conversation, you will get as many different items in your post. e.g. item no.1 latest back and fro, item no 2, next to last back and forward, etc. You have to click on the one you want.

Just went to Yahoo mail and was going to send an email - so clicked on "Compose" - then scrolled down the left side of the page and found on the very last line "Send Feedback" - so clicked on it and there is a form that you can fill out. There are also FAQ section with some comments on it - still very hard to figure out - but did get a few answers. It does look like they are aware of the problems. I could not click on some of the FAQ though.

I found out that I didn't do anything to my e-mail. THEY DID. I was getting so frustrated thinking that
I did something to change it. I too hate it. Seems no one can leave well enough alone.
Wish they would stick to old saying IF AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT.
I too hate it. It was in our newspaper a few days after I posted that I needed help to fix it
back to the way it was thinking I did it. So then I knew I didn't do anything to it.
I may go and use AOL or go back to my juno, not sure yet.
What harm did it do to any of them leaving it the way it was?
