I've been doing surveys for 14 years and I haven't heard of any of those. There are plenty of high paying surveys out there, I post them here from time to time.
Off the top of my head, these are legitimate companies that hold high paying surveys:

Yeah I get disqualified for more of them than I ever qualify for, they need very specific demographics and most of the time I just don't fit. It is nice when I do qualify though, especially for a high paying one.
