I started browsing ebay last night for some ss coupons not in my area. I was tickled to see how they dodged the new rules. The auctions I saw now say selling ONE coupons.. and bonus 19 free added LOL. Cracked me up. You are technically only bidding and they are only selling one coupon but adding 19 more free. Hilarious.

Same as back when the cereal boxes had American Airline miles certificates they couldn't be bought, sold or traded according to the fine print on the certificates so you would post them saying you are bidding on a beautiful handmade card, inside the card you will get free 5 American Airlines miles certificates worth 100 miles each for a total of 500 miles. These are free to you with your winning bid of a beautiful handmade card.
Easy way around it as your only bidding on the card and getting the other items free.
Would work easily for coupons too.
