PAALS is a non-profit organization committed to enriching and empowering children and adults with physical disabilities and social needs by training service animals and providing animal assisted educational and recreational activities. PAALS clients range from individuals with limited mobility to children with autism to veterans with PTSD and traumatic brain injuries. Each PAALS dog learns over 70 specific behaviors to assist their client partner live a better life. For PAALS' clients a service dog partner opens doors, both literally and figuratively that our clients never dreamed possible.
My daugther attends camp with PAALS during the summer for one week - this is a great program!
