I have received so many cards from so many of you, that I can't even begin to thank each of you individually. You have no idea how much it has meant to me to open cards from friends on here. It has helped me through a very rough time. Unfortunately the kids were a little to much help & so many envelopes with address's have disappeared so this is the only way I can express my thanks to those that sent cards. Just know how much it has meant to me & it was all so much appreciated.

It's been a rough week but I'm trying to stay strong. I want to say thank you again to everyone who sent cards, I have so many cards here that I can't begin to thank each & everyone of you individually. There were over 400 signatures in his guest book plus I don't know how many cards & emails. It's so overwhelming. I've got paperwork out the gazoo for his pension plan, health plan, insurance & on & on. Trying to handle this by myself & it's a job. I have 5 min. of sense & 23+ hours of stupidity. But I just wanted to let everyone know how much the cards were appreciated & how much they helped me get through what I've gotten through so far. Love all of you.

Do you maybe have a son or daughter, or someone that could help you w/all that stuff? I know when my dad passed away, there was NO way my mom could've handled it all herself. It definitely kept us busy but when you're grieving & still kind of numb or on auto-pilot, it's way too overwhelming for 1 person to tackle.
