No problems, but I can sometimes sense a haunted house, sometimes it's friendly and warm sometimes not. I believe I have a dog ghost in my house, a friendly one. I am the second owner of my house. My next door neighbor said the previous owner had a dog.

There are animal ghost too. Is you ghost in your full sight or in the corner of your eye? Can you tell if it is floating (ghost) feet on the ground (earthbound animal spirit)? either way it can't hurt you.

My husband first encountered it. I was sleeping upstairs with my dog at the foot of the bed. My husband came in and asked if the dog had been there for the past 15min. I said yes he had been sleeping there for the last hour. My husband said he heard a dog barked at him in the house.
I heard a dog bark a couple of times and saw a dark medium size shape disappear before my eyes once. I was never afraid, because I know he is friendly.
I sometimes sense evil spirits. One time I was with a deer hunting party in the country. We were to set out plans at a neighboring house, then unoccupied. The whole time I was there, I wanted to leave, did not feel comfortable. Later I asked my husband if something bad had happened in that house. He said yes, the man who lived there was mean. What you're describing w/the sulfur smell, feeling lightheaded, ill are EXACTLY the signs/symptoms of a natural gas &/or carbon monoxide leak, & it's nothing to mess around with. People shouldn't be misinformed to think those signs/symptoms are that of a deceased "evil presence"/"earthbound negative energy" (unless you consider a gas/carbon monoxide leak an "evil prsence") when it could very well be a matter of life & death for them.

Fourteen yrs. ago this November, my son & I got sick from a gas/carbon monoxide leak. We initially thought we had the stomach flu & thought the sulfur smell was just the usual excess discharge being expelled from the furnace's exhaust pipe outside. We were lightheaded & nauseated but we did NOT throw up. The little dog we had at the time was fine & NOT affected at all.
We were lucky. Some aren't!
If these signs/symptoms occur for anyone, get the heck out of the house ASAP & call for help from the utility co. & a reputable repair person. Do NOT chalk it up to a "ghost"!

This could easily be construed to mean a cat or small dog, a hamster, guinea pig or rabbit as well as a bird. Any & all small animals could be included.
How do I define the difference between a demon & a gas leak? A gas leak is a single, factual & dangerous event/occurance that can mean life or death for people.
Words/descriptions need to be chosen more carefully when posting things like this on a public forum because there is a wide variety of people from all walks of life who view these forums, & who are therefore going to perceive things differently than you.

I wasn't trying to be difficult or argumentative. But there are people who don't believe in "evil spirits"/"demons" & there are those who very well do. My point was, those who do could be in more danger than just needing a house "cleansing" or some holy water. So they don't vomit or have a pet bird that keels over, but the sulfur smell is there, they feel lightheaded & nauseated but say, "Oh, it's just that nasty dude from the Long Branch that Miss Kitty shot back in the day. Go back to sleep", when it's actually a SERIOUS issue of a gas/carbon monoxide leak that could kill them in their sleep.

A celebrity psychic has come under fire for telling Amanda Berry's late mother nearly 10 years ago that her daughter was dead. Amanda Berry went missing in 2003 and was found alive in Ohio on Monday.
Sylvia Browne, a self-described spiritual teacher and psychic, has made a career out of prophetic readings and lectures. Back in 2004, Louwana Miller turned to Browne for help on an episode of "The Montel Williams Show." She wanted to know what happened to her daughter, Amanda Berry, who disappeared at 16 years old on April 21, 2003. The psychic told the mother Berry was dead.
“She’s not alive, honey,” Browne said at the time, according to NBC affiliate WKYC's report on the segment. “Your daughter’s not the kind who wouldn’t call.”
Miller then asked Browne if she was ever wrong.
“Only God is right all the time but of course I’m wrong,” Browne responded. “But after 50 years of doing this work, I’d better be more right than wrong. I always say I hope I’m wrong. When it comes to this, I hope I’m wrong.”
Berry was allegedly kidnapped and held captive for 10 years. She was discovered trying to break free from a house in residential Cleveland on May 6 and was rescued along with a young child and two women, both of whom went missing around the time Berry disappeared. Suspect Ariel Castro and his two brothers, Pedro and Onil, have been arrested.
But the psychic had been able to convince Miller her daughter was dead. According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Miller said she believed the prediction "98 percent" and began cleaning out some of her daughter's things, even though the FBI still considered her alive at the time.
