Following approval from the Industry-Wide Cooperative Meat identification Standards Committee (ICMISC), consumers will soon find a new set of names for their favorite fresh cuts of pork at retailers nationwide. The National Pork Board has simplified pork cut names...treating them more like beef steaks (with names to match). And, pork can now be grilled/cooked like steaks.
