I had some books for sale. A lady, who is supposed to be a 500+ seller, approached me asking me to accept $15 flat, include shipping, and close auction early. I wrote back that it was against Ebay rules to accept offers outside of Ebay, but that if she won the auction, I would reduce shipping by sending media mail. <P>Well, she won the auction. I provided a new invoice showing the reduced shipping cost. Today is third day, and there is no response. After you do that, the other person has 4 days to pay.
