We hit 95° today & w/dew pts. at 73, the heat index at 103. Ugh! Gotta try & get thru tomorrow & Fri. before we'll finally get some relief Fri. evening. I can't wait!! I hate having the windows shut for so many days & having to keep the shades/blinds closed as well to keep out the sun's heat. :(

I just went to bed as I was so pissed, 5 minutes later the power came back on and I got up and turned off some things and turned back on my washer, full of clothes/water - so thought I would turn on the computer while the load of clothes is washing, then will put them in the dryer and the central air will have cooled it off a bit so that I can get to sleep.

It's now 88° outside & less humid w/dew pts. at 63. It actually feels a little more bearable out there (better in the shade) after melting in the upper 90's all week & sticking to everything. Blah! FINALLY the air is breathable again. :-D
