2|1|It only works if they enforce it!|ptmama525|ptmama525@aol.com|14:58:32|07/16/2013|Apparently, ebay is going to change their policy for people who SELL their coupon clipping services. Looks like the changes will go into effect Sept 1 and are stated as:
1) Sellers can only sell up to a maximum of $100 value in coupons or 25 valid, unexpired, original coupons per month, whichever limit is reached first. (The 25 coupons limit includes multiple coupons purchased from a multi-quantity listing)
2) Coupons for "free" products- including coupons where the coupon holder buys some quantity of items at one price and gets some number of items for free, for example, "buy-get-one-free" offers, or offers for free shipping- may no longer be sold on ebay.
3) Starting Sept 1, 2013, listings for these coupons that don't comply with these policy changes will be removed. After Sept 1, listings in violation of this policy may be subject to a range of other actions, including restrictions of buying and selling privileges and a suspension of your account.
WOW! That will sure cut down on ebay listings and ebay sales overall!!!

starbucks and mc donalds free cpns also noticed a free cpn for wheat thins which I also have and it is going for 3.00 Someone had the tide pods free cpn but wants 15.00 and the value is 17.99 but seems to be getting 15.00. starbucks are real I suppose people who work for starbucks get those and then sell them on ebay. the wheat thins was a free offer I got one in the mail and you could not make copies of that one. If you ever order a drink at Starbucks and it isn't the way you like...take it back to the register. They will
make you another drink AND give you one of those free coupons to get a free drink at your next visit. People
take advantage of this because there is no way to determine if the drink really isn't what the person ordered.
Thus someone ends up with their drink PLUS a free coupon to use next time, sell or "hoard" until they collect
a few to list on ebay.
