No AC and our little fans just blow the hot air around. Our grandsons' room is the hottest by far and the thermometer read in there yesterday 96 degrees!!!!!!! It was like walking into a sauna!!! Poor kid.It is actually hard to breathe in here let alone have the energy to start packing or do much of anything.

We are not as in as bad as you since the two bedrooms have window units. The kitchen is the worst and gets the heat of the day and holds it so I hate to even attempt to cook. The living room is just a sauna as it gets the full sun till it sets. The house is full of the humidity and I can't get it out so it's awful to get ready for work in the morning's from the bathroom where there is no air flow. Like you said, the fans just stir the heat around. I hate summer!
