I have been out of the refunding scene for awhile and trying to get back into it. I am in Tx and I know they have very very few that can go to Tx. What state/states are the best for refunding that usually accepts all refunds ? Specifically wondering about Oklahoma, Louisiana or Kansas.... Edited to add, are there any forms good in Tx right now that are paying?
