kendall is 16 so we were wondering how taxes would work for him if he got a summer job ?
we want to be able to count him on our taxes as long as we can
i hope i made sense LOL

if you can help me out on this i would greatly appreciate it
i don't want to knock us out of keeping him on our taxes but would like for him to get a job if it won't hurt us
thanks

i appreciate all the trades made in the past.

THANKS!! 1|1|Lydia, my boys are 19...they both work....they have taxes deducted from their paycheck, and they file a 1040EZ form to get their refund (neither works and earns enough to pay taxes). I still claim them as dependents as they live in my home, and I provide for them (they are full time college students). You will still claim him as a dependent, even if he is earning his own paycheck. Just make sure he files taxes each year he has worked and had taxes deducted. |saint6811|waylan@comcast.net|23:15:41|05/27/2013|

" You'll get what's coming to you ... Unless it was mailed."

he files his own tax. Prior to that age his income is added to yours.
