we have been married almost 19 yrs things have always been rocky but lately when we fight i dont cry anymore i feel numb any advice?

When you get married, you have a partner that's 'got your back' in life. That person has pledged to go through things in life together with you, especially during the stressful times.
If you don't feel like the person you're married to is your partner through thick AND thin, and that's irreparable, then you might want to consider ending the relationship.
This makes me think of a quote in the movie Juno:
"Look, in my opinion the best thing you can do is find a person who loves you for exactly what you are. Good mood, bad mood, ugly, pretty, handsome, what-have-you. The right person is still going to think the sun shines out of your a$$. That's the kind of person that's worth sticking with."

Because that means there is nothing left to savage. I am fortunate because I have found the person that thinks the sun shines out of my butt however it took to bad marriages to get there. Those both ended (one was over ten years )when I woke up one day and thought "I would be better off of if he never came home today"
I am so sorry you find yourself at this point after so many years of marriage, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
