I was going through her things and found a denim shirt she wore all the time, her arms would get cold and we would put it on her just to cover her arms. Well somehow it got put back without being washed and it smelled just like her. It is honestly the first time since she died that I have really grieved her loss. I place it in a ziploc bag so I can hopefully hold on to her scent for a little while. When I am sad, like today, it was her I would talk to and she would comfort me, I feel lost without her.
