we are planning a trip in june ....from ky to daytona for the first nite..then from daytona to cape canerval,fl...from there ..all the way
across florida to Sanibel island..for a couple days....then back up to the panhandle area for a one or two nite layover....from there to
home.......
i need to know what places in sanibel is a good place to stay that will put me ocean front..... where to stay..
places to eat..things to do........any first hand info would be appreciated

I went with her, we stayed free so don't know about prices. I do know everything there was so expensive,may be different now but you had to pay to get on the Island,there was only one big store and the prices were very high,you also have to watch out for the alligators they have sighs up please don't feed them, I thought it was a joke but aftr we were there a lady lost her arm to one,its a very beautiful place.
