I was diagnosed with lupus recently and my doc recommended I remove gluten from my diet to improve symptoms. Does anyone else live that lifestyle? I would love some pointers or websites or books or recipes that you recommend. Thanks. :) 1|1|My husband has Celiac disease....|Sharon|corvettelady@lavabit.com|16:04:43|03/22/2013|

so no longer eats grains/wheat products. I've substituted making breads/desserts using coconut & almond flour - very delicious! HTH, Sharon:)

I look for lactose free diets for my husband but I'm always finding gluten free products, sites, and receipes. Just do a search on gluten free recipes and you should find tons of information. The stores also have lots of gluten free products.

Good luck with your diet. I had a cousin with lupus too; we're not really close so I'm not sure what her diet was.
