I had an experience recently with the Comfy Cushion, I figured instead of doing a recording where you can't ask questions I go on line and they stiffed me there almost. I had to FIRST put in my Credit Card and the calls are like that also. Then my shipping info, the next page said how many do you want so I put in 1, the next screen went to confirmation and they tried to charge me $119.70 instead of the $19.95.

I filed a complaint with the FL Attorney Generals Office but soon as this went thru I tried to call, they were closed so I called my Credit Card company and they decided the best thing to do would be close my card as lost or stolen and get me a new one. This company tried to run it 2 times plus they called me 3 times and I just told them no I cancelled the order. If it would have been sent I'd have had to pay return shipping but with Discover help we nipped it in the bud.

Today I got a letter from the Florida Consumer affairs plus a copy of a letter of the complain and talk about a snow job, the company said I chose Deluxe, there was only one box to enter a number so I had to choice and now they are offering me the special offer but I sent copies from the internet ad, plus my confirmation and when I went searching for the site again I ran across it under Amazon and they weren't selling them anymore but there were pages of complaints on this product, poor customer service and you play hell getting your money back.

I called the lady that wrote me the letter because in my complaint I said they need to address this as fraud, they bait you in to one price and nail you at a very high costs. What I want to share and all of you should do this when you get scammed, I'm really careful but it still happens.

Go to http://www. ic3.gov and file a complaint on everyone that has done a scam, the FBI gets involved and the more they get the more of a chance something will be done. I was the only one that filed a complaint I was told.

We ordered an Aluma Wallet and it never came but after I called numerous times about not receiving it, they decided to charge my credit card, I disputed it since they never arrived.

Another time I ordered those National Collectors Mint Coins that were suppose to have the Trade Center on them and popped up and the material was suppose to be from the Trade Center, it wasn't and isn't and they are still scamming people because no one files complaints, they just complain on the internet but they need to go to the right place.

Go here and bookmark it and keep in, one never knows when something will happen: http://www.lc3.gov.

I've been lucky in the sense I use my Discover and a Primier Card holder and I don't get any hasstles when I have a problem, and during the holiday our Discover was hacked at a local Lowes and our Visa which is Chase and they were in the group that the Iranians hacked, it was JP Morgan/Chase, Bank of America, Go Daddy and another bank. The TV said they didn't get into the info but they did on our Chase Card but they picked up on it right away, called and overnighted us a new card. Go Daddy gave us a months free hosting but at the time I didn't know they had screwed up our No-Knots site so no orders would come thru and we just got it fixed because someone finally called me, it was done last August and we couldn't find anything wrong it needed someone to go beyond the checkout.

At our local Lowes my husband went to get some toilet parts, salt for the conditioner and the cashier was having some problems, anyway when he pulled up for them to load it they wanted to see the receipt and it wasn't in the bag so he went to the cashier first and she sent him to the Customer Service and they called the Manager who went into the system and printed out our receipt but he has access to the whole number and all the other info. Three days later someone tried to run two charges of over $2,000 which is not in our spending pattern so Discover called me and we had to change the card number the first time. We weren't going to to back there but he didn't get all the right parts but when he did he heard a lady refered to as the District Manager so he asked if he could speak with her when she was finished. He told her what happened and she called me for the info on the paper. I then asked when the problem is resolved can you let me know its safe to shop in this store again and I was told they can't notify me. I told her I don't need names or anything, just that the issue was resolved but they can't do that so we don't shop at Lowes anymore. She did tell me on the phone most of the fraud does come from employees.

If you carry cash they try to steel your purse, if you carry credit cards they still try to rip you off but remember a credit card it safer, you have history and you can dispute the charges and if a company goes belly up, you don't loose, the credit card company takes the hit.

I will also put this on Dinel's Refunding site at http://www.no-knots.com/refunding.storeshoaxes.html I think that will be the easiest way to to find it and I'll put lots of info so if you remember to search how to file a fraud claim it should pick it up.

Don't email me, I just wanted people to know about this site and be aware, with technology this day people are out to screw over you, the stores, the hackers and those that are just deranged and get a kick out of messing up your life.
